Open Letter to the New Age Nigga!!

I’ve come to the conclusion that I just might be single forever.. these new age niggas (yes I said niggas) are a trip!!! Dear new age nigga... I’m not chasing you but I’m willing to be caught! My effort WILL match yours.. stop expecting me to do what you should! Stop thinking that the minimal deserves the MAX! And why oh why do you think that telling me that you can successfully cheat is some kind of endearing trait! Fool I’ve been a mother, a wife, a girlfriend, and a side chick! The latter only came wit a pay grade that plucked me into the next level!!! I’m very open and forward but you niggas have no more opportunities to try and berate me for being fun loving and loyal!! I have panties more faithful than y’all!! Some of you should be shamed at how you treat us!! My granny used to tell me growin up that when more than one person says the same thing about you, everybody can’t be wrong! So new age nigga.. we can’t all be wrong!! With that being said.. The story of the good ole delete and block

    Sooooooo I seldom delete and block anyone... Mostly cause I'm kinda petty... LOL... Now with that being said lemme tell you about this guy...
    Y'all prolly don't know this about me but I like to crochet and I make things to sell... anyways some of my Facebook friends share my merchandise which on occasion gets me orders from their friends.. One day I get an inbox from a gentlemen who wanted to purchase a scarf...I'm like cool, he tells me what colors and alladat! I make the scarf, didn't quite get one of the colors right and had to go back to scratch... which I don't mind because I aim to please. I make another one, he loves it... all is right wit the universe!! Did I mention he is a good lookin dude?? OK, OK back to the story... fast forward to him receiving his scarf... I always request a photo of my customers wearing their handmade goodies so I can post and advertise.. His pic has the chix on my page goin crazy... Everybody wanna know who this handsome man is, so I get the idea to ask him if I could add him to a group that I was active in and he agreed. In between me adding him we had some flirting goin on via the inbox which led to the exchanging of phone numbers.. We had one phone conversation that went over ok.  Long story short, we didn't talk much after the first convo and I never saved his number. Fast forward>>>>>>>> one day I get a txt and I ask "who is this?" I got back a WOW... But right before the wow, I remembered the number and was like "oh hey!" But I was too late.. He never responded again... About wk or 2 later I noticed I hadn't seen him on my TL, I go to look him up and discover I've been blocked 🙅 😂😂😂😂 This happened months ago... This morning I wake up to a friend request from said fellow and I couldn't resist inboxing him...

He took his request back... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I wasn't even sure what to title this one.. I think I've mentioned that I'm in an ignant amount of groups on FB.. Sometimes I fall victim to the "Drop ya last selfie" or "Drop of pic of you in black" meme...  What can I say, I know I'm fly....... 💁💅 LOL anyways, I got caught up in a "Drop a selfie wit ur age" meme. So here I go droppin something cute and more that proud of my 39 years!!!

Ok soooooo I'm sitting here watchin the ID channel, minding my own BI when I hear that dreaded ding of the messenger.. I really assumed it was another chain message... I freakin hate those! Anywho it's from a guy that I'm facebook friends with but I've never even seen a post from him.. honestly don't even remember friending him but I digress... His ass greeted me with a "Hi Gurly" What grown ass man under the age of 50 says gurly??? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I ended up asking a couple of my girlfriends was I trippin and we pretty much all agree that generally comes from an older fella!

He calls me gurly but I'm the one on the weird shit! I really thought this was funny cause I don't think a man should say gurly, twirl, girlfriend, girl bye, bye girl, TTYL and a host of other things that seem extremely female to me!!!! On to the next! I appreciate him for one thing tho, supplying me with a blog for today!!! ✌

Weirdly aggressive

I go through phases where I don't comment or post on social media because I don't feel like being hounded.. I don't be feeling like dealing with some of the commentary I get... I get added to groups often.. A few of them are food groups, I'm a big time foodie! Anyway the other day I decided to post one of my food pix in the group I see most often.. I got a lot of great feedback which I thought was awesome and then there was the 1 aggressive weirdo....

For the most part I try and be polite but this is just so annoying! Like bruh, YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME! This is not a good ice breaker!!! Move around!

I knew writing this blog was gonna get me a mixed bag of opinions and I'm cool with it.. Give me the good, the bad, the ugla, and the opinionated! I'm particularly amused by the person who thinks they have the authority over how long something is to be entertained.. Just for the record... I've been getting blocked a lot lately. I guess I'll never understand why saying no means getting blocked. Part of the process is the possibility of rejection right? I mean, does one honestly think they are gonna get every person they attempt to date? That alone isn't attractive.. It's almost like you're saying that you're everyones type... I'm havin a flashback of Mr. Humble! LMAO!! I know I have it goin on, but I'm def not everyones shot of Tequila!!!

So I have a last name that's not common.. Every now and then on Facebook I get DM's from someone wit the same last name who thinks we could be related.. I generally think that's possible because like I said, the name just isn't common..  Anyways... while I was on my Miami vaca I get a DM from someone who had claimed years ago that we were cousins... It went a lil something like this...

   So sometimes I accept friends of friends requests.. SOMETIMES! And I almost always live to regret it! An accepted friend request isn't an open invite to my box.. although this blog does thrive on such shenanigans, it does get old.. the lines are almost always the same. I can't say I'm single cause then they hound.. I can't say I'm unavailable cause then they wanna be my "special" friend! Dude, would you want some fool in you chix box talkin about "let's be friends"? Hell nah you wouldn't!! So when a lady says no thank you, just move the BLEEP around! RANT OVER!
